Called the District Attorney's office several times in the last year. The staff is uncooperative, difficult to reach, all they say is we cannot help you. Why does the state of Louisiana incarcerates more of its Citizens than any place in the WORLD? The Judicial System is corrupt and broken. Judges, Attorneys, Police need accountability.
