We had them as our accountant but they failed to file on time and the right forms. 5 years later they still spell my husband's last name incorrectly on their payroll services. we still receive mail from the IRS, stating that they have not receive the 1120 forms from previous Years. also let the CT payroll registration expired so now we are taxed at a double rate.
