Hank from the Water Department came out to check on my water pressure issue less than 24 hours after I posted my question. I am so impressed with this responsiveness and Hank was so personable and helpful, so I just wanted to make sure he gets a shout out!
Wife died, have to jump through a bunch hoops. they need to have someone find out how Duke and Vectren handle it. Terrible.
