I DON'T RECOMMEND TO GO THIS PLACE, THEY TOOK MY PAPERWORK FOR 3 DAY AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN STARTED AND THEY RETURN BACK TO ME THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME THAT'S WHY THEY DON'T HAVE CLIENTS THIS LADY ELVIRA SHE IS LOST SHE DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO TAXES.
This service is very much so below standard. The lady we met with I don’t think knows a whole lot. Forget about calling for additional advice about anything tax related even after you’ve just paid $150. Extremely not helpful, and not at all friendly.
We have been customers since 1990 we highly recommend Jose Montero’s tax & bookeeping service , we are thankful for his attention to detail, Advise, expertise., and quick response to any situation ,
had been going here for years. always ended up having to pay the gov. and the folks kept charging me over 140 dollars each time for their services... luckily I've found a better place in the east bay that actually cares about the tax payer and charges less than half for their services.
Why they don't help? and send another agent again and again. You need to wait for another advisor. Finally they offer no help wanted me to leave
