After some HOA drama sent me here for declaration statistics, I was stunned by how clean, helpful, cheery, and humanizing my experience was with the Assessor’s office. Bonus points for having a swanky waiting room.
Massively inconvenient that today is 12/16/24 and I’ve not received my tax bills yet!!! They are due on 12/31/24. I called and they told me that the bills have just been mailed out. Normally they are mailed by November 15. - delayed for 1 month? This is one of the most important functions of this office. What happened?
