The staff themselves are okay, however, the main issue is the lack of security as well as the poor online banking service. I have two separate banks, and this one is by far the most difficult bank I have ever used. I have ran into an alarming amount of problems with security, and with their online banking service. I would say beware, and choose another bank if available to avoid the headache.
Excellent service, great personality's! Helpful, and easy to get basic banking needs done without a certified copy of your first barns goal! And treat you so so nice if they can't do something they apologize and do it in a non condescending fashion! Kudos!
