A group of 8 friends and myself did the Salt Cave with a sound bath. This was all of our first experience doing both. It was very relaxing. We all said we would do it again. A good way to chill out from busy life and work/family demands and engage in self care. The Sound bath was an interesting experience. I would like to know more about its research-based benefits so I will see what the research says… but I let my thoughts think about how the sound waves were passing through my brain stimulating axons, creating new connecti... read more

We be had an amazing experience at The Salt Cave. We were greeted immediately upon entering by Reagan, who has the most soothing demeanor. He thoroughly explains everything and then leaves you to relax in the most serene environment ever. Yes, you get to sit, lay, play in the salt. Yes, the glow in the photos in the reviews is real. There are zero-gravity chairs to sit in if you get tired of the salt (which you won’t) The comfiest cushions to sit on. Silks to lay on in the salt.
