I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years to their reproductive health unit for my annual women’s wellness checkup. The staff are always super nice and kind. The only downside is that they can be a bit hard to reach over the phone and you usually have to leave a message and wait for a call back usually within a day or two...so just keep that in mind if you’ve got something urgent
The staff was great . They were friendly. My visit was great. Definitely felt the empathy and compassion from the staff. They were reassuring and answered all my questions. Definitely give it a 10 out of 10

I watched a video on YouTube showing how the people working here, like Miss Daisy don't know our constitution or the law. And they definitely didn't know HIPPA at all. Filming people is not illegal if in public areas. Daisy was rude got loud and way out of hand. I would think they would know how to deescalate with people. The security and the head of staff not one of them tried to calm down the situation. The 911 caller lied as well as to what the person filming was doing. And she said know one had put their hands on anyone ... read more
