Had a pretty serious issue with this bank. They sent an invoice to the wrong address, then called me about it from some spam numbers. When I finally realized what was happening, I paid what I owed and also the next month, but they had already messed up my perfect credit rating that I have maintained for many years. When I asked them to correct this, they gaslighted me and refused to correct their mistake. I didn't ask for any fee abatement or anything, just not to mess up my credit. Still the gaslighting.
This is the most professional banking institution I have ever dealt with. Great cd interest. Courteous and helpful customer service. Easy online maneuverability. They are the best.
I have been a customer of the LFCU for 40 years when including the years from the CSCFCU merger. I have consistently received excellent service from efficient, responsive, knowledable and pleasant customer service agents.
We have been members of LFCU for many years. Nearly all of our banking is online - we rarely go to a branch. Recently I needed to address a task in person. I was welcomed warmly when I entered the building and was immediately taken to an office where my needs were addressed in a friendly, professional manner. It is a pleasure banking with LFCU - keep up the fantastic work!
