If you cant go to a local branch and do business you're wasting your time. I spent 3-4 hours getting through the utterly confusing process to join and apply for a heloc. In order to get a heloc you need an account with them. SO I create a savings account and make an ACH deposit of $50. A few weeks later after I am approved for my heloc I try totrasfer money out, oh wait You need a mobile number. Ok, pretty sure I gave that when I setup the savings account. Had a pretty serious issue with this bank. They sent an invoice to the wrong address, then called me about it from some spam numbers. When I finally realized what was happening, I paid what I owed and also the next month, but they had already messed up my perfect credit rating that I have maintained for many years. When I asked them to correct this, they gaslighted me and refused to correct their mistake. I didn't ask for any fee abatement or anything, just not to mess up my credit. Still the gaslighting.
This is the most professional banking institution I have ever dealt with. Great cd interest. Courteous and helpful customer service. Easy online maneuverability. They are the best.
I have been a customer of the LFCU for 40 years when including the years from the CSCFCU merger. I have consistently received excellent service from efficient, responsive, knowledable and pleasant customer service agents.
