I been this country 20 years I never heard bad address fee 10 $each month. Very bad service and don't go there they didn't tell you when i opened the account and charg other things 10 each month with out my authorization this is horrible service.
They will reply to this post with apologys and excuses and there rules but from my exsperience management truly donot care. The customer service is exellent , the people working at the centers are exellent the bad eggs are the upper managment They took $21,000 thousand dollars approx of my life savings they took from my account and i only had the CD for months , They took years of my life savings GONE ! .I begged them on the phone to help to offer me anything ,a loan ,of any kind to prevent a penalty , the customer serice la... read more

Suffolk county police has a open homocide investigation into my Godson death and no arrest have been made
