Suffolk county police has a open homocide investigation into my Godson death and no arrest have been made

If you cant go to a local branch and do business you're wasting your time. I spent 3-4 hours getting through the utterly confusing process to join and apply for a heloc. In order to get a heloc you need an account with them. SO I create a savings account and make an ACH deposit of $50. A few weeks later after I am approved for my heloc I try totrasfer money out, oh wait You need a mobile number. Ok, pretty sure I gave that when I setup the savings account.
