Recent member June 2025. Came before business hours as I had a few questions on my account. Went across the street for breakfast as the branch was not open and when I walked out. I l saw my car being towed away. Beware as they have a spotter and work with the towing company. Will take my business elsewhere.

Terrible business hours, terrible customer service, unexplained fees, one of the worst credit unions I’ve ever used.
Your parents are right when they say you should always have a local bank that you trust, especially for emergencies, and better yet a credit union like LFCU. I appreciate the stellar and personable service I received from Jim and Sara at this branch, as well as from the call center representatives who took their time to help answer my questions. Highly recommend!
