Very rude when i called on the phone to pay my taxes.
I was helped over the phone multiple times, and was met with kindness. Laurie was very patient and answered of my questions.
I moved to Lafayette county last year after living in Jackson my whole life. I wanted to make sure I had all my tax records straight and paid up so I visited here. From the first to last person I talked to, they were all wonderful! They were knowledgeable about what my situation needed, and very helpful in directing me where I needed to go and what I needed to do next.
