Wow people are rude but I love this bank. I'm happy that I don't have to go all the way to Jacksonville to our bank and I have a local bank i can deposit checks and cash. The tellers are super friendly and informative. Who knew that there was a senior checking, win-win for me. Great for your business and personal banking. Thank you.
I will never use this bank again. They are not very helpful never have been, and the response is always nothing we can do. To be honest, I’m glad they closed my account. People travel so even though the account wasn’t used, they still have the account for a reason and they don’t even give people a courtesy call on the phone.
This bank has been a complete nightmare since I opened it from problems. Not being able to get my money. Some purchases being approved others being denied. They keep blaming It on PayPal Amazon gas station. It's not, it's the bank and it doesn't even have a normal number to help you out. They're just local small podunk.
