The staff is always friendly and helpful but keep in mind, if you're buying a mattress, there's no trial period. They will not take it back, and trust me, trying a mattress in the showroom is not like sleeping on it. For a recliner, they're my store.
We spent over $5,000 on a dresser and bed. The only reason I gave two stars is because the dresser is perfect but when the bed arrived (with multiple splits and breaks and drippy, runny finish and the wrong assembly bolts.. just look at the photos attached) the process got very messy. Dave (the owner) only offered a $200 discount for a cracked up broken bed with drips and runs in the finish and without proper bolts to assemble it.
