The ATM is on the Inside which takes forever to use, need to move to the outside for people not trying to wait 20 minutes for people to chat at the window.
Don’t come here for the drive up ATM. It shares a spot with the drive up teller, and people sit here to chat as long as they please. I waited 10 minutes - fortunately not in a rush and I had some reading to do, but I’m not returning
The staff is friendly and helpful. They have been cooperative in making special arrangements for debit limits for vacation, explaining terms to my husband, refunding fraudulant charges quickly and without a hassle and making copies of checks for deposits when I have asked for each of these things. Their fraud department found fraudulant charges before I did the first time. I cannot imagine better service.
