I was a LNA for many years until I found myself needing long term care. This place is terrible...granted some of the nurses were very good as well as a few LNAs ...many LNAs would be on their phones most of the time while call lights were ringing ...residents were unkempt , men un shaved and hair not combed.The administration was unapproachable from stink-eye looks from the administrator who would watch me walk down the hall past her and not even say hello to director of nursing having a sign on her office door saying do not... read more

I believe this place needs to be shut down for neglect of their patients and wrongful death of my grandmother in December 2018. They dropped her on her head then said she was tootaling down the hall and fell out of her wheelchair trying to get her stuffed animal. They minimized the extent of her injuries (head was pooling with blood and had racoon eyes) yet no other injuries to her body and didn't send her to the ER until 5 days after her fall.
