I regularly visit this Lafarge location, and there is a 95-year-old lady who always smokes inside. When we go to collect papers from the window, the smoke smell is very strong and uncomfortable. I kindly request Lafarge to make this a smoke-free zone and provide a designated outdoor area for smoking, so that everyone can enjoy a clean and healthy environment.
Terrible
I had a frustrating experience at the Lafarge pit about a month and a half ago. While the loaders were friendly, the other staff were unhelpful and unreasonable. I was initially denied a load because a loose metal piece on my truck was flagged as a safety hazard, which seemed reasonable. However, when I parked near the exit to secure it, a supervisor banned me from the facility for "jumping into the box" of my truck!
