I don't agree with the new fee impressed on those paying rent. I shouldn't have tonnage an account there. I HAVE TO PAY MY RENT. The person its being deposited too DOES have an account there. He is your customer!!
Extremely tired of getting my debit card flagged for fraud, even when using it in town. I appreciate the fraud protection, but every other month?? I have to go through the same song and dance to call the fraud department and try to understand a language other than English to figure out that they put ANOTHER block on my card. When I called the actual bank to have a new card printed, I was told that they don't have the ability to do that anymore, but they can mail me one.. um, no thank you.
