Bad experience! Wasted my time for a month. I had my appointment with Carol on 2/3. I sent in my documents that same day. They called me later the next week stating they didn’t receive them. I sent them again. I waited on an invoice or some type of communication from Carol. Never received any. I began calling the last two weeks of February. Nobody could give me any answers. Carol helped me with taxes that I did correctly but because of Covid I guess they had problems. It took a few years but I got all my money back with interest. She's honest and through.
I came to LadyCPA at the recommendation of a friend of mine who was a Forensic Accountant. I have had horrible experiences with my prior accountants who either were unqualified to handle our S-Corp's and made mistakes that I had to find and point out or who over charged by thousands and got caught thinking that I was a piggybank. I am sorry to say I knew her personally and regret every minute of knowing her. She is the ultimate evil person. Her life s getting monies from whoever and wherever she can. I know information about her friends that she should have never told anyone. Her own daughter and daughter-in-law didn’t even last working for her. She has very, if any, good friends. She has acquaintances. Sorry life but she made it herself. Business wise stay away is my best advice.
