I loved LBL when they sold the large monthly bags at an affordable price. However, the new owners are very greedy and wasteful. They have turned it into a shady MLM compant that only sells extremely overpriced, single-use bags (so wasteful) in monthly boxes now. It is such a shame. Something that was a good product was ruined by sheer wastefulness and greed.

I ordered about $60.00 worth of product from LadyBoss on April 30th. I still haven't received my order and it's been over a month now. I understand there's a bunch of orders in progress with the liquidation sale going on right now, so I've been doing my best to be patient. But it's been way too long. I feel like I wasted my money, cuz I know when I submitted my order, I read and understood that there are NO refunds, but I still took my chances.
