Couldn't recommend the team at LadyBird HomeLoans enough! If you're reading this trying to choose a good team then look no further! My partner and I had been to a few other brokers trying to obtain finance for our first home but hadn't had any luck. We had been told our case was too difficult (in not so direct wording) and to come back in 9-12 months and try again. Jess was amazing every step of the way. She made sure everything was filled out and was very helpful and friendly.
Sarah was very professional and communicated very well throughout the entire process. Sarah even negotiated a better deal after the bank's first offer which dropped out interest rate and saved us over $300 dollars a month based off the banks first offer. Very happy with the service we have received from Ladybird Home Loans
