Since the change of partnership this company has become unprofessional and unreliable. Staff don’t return calls or when they do it’s out of business hours so nothing can be done. I have been assured settlement will be Friday afternoon for the last 2 weeks each time settlement has not gone through with no explanation. I have been mucked around for 4 months now and dealt with 5 different staff members. To say I would not recommend using this company would be an understatement.
We approached Sarah and her team 2 weeks ago for a further advance on our existing home loan when we realised we were burning through the money and didn’t have enough to complete our house renovations – and today the money was in our account! Just shy of 3 years ago Michael and his team helped me secure a loan after many others couldn't. I took what was to be my last chance after being referred by a friend - I was over it. Rejection Central. The ladybird team pulled it off somehow - but also made sure the house i purchased would be a good investment and not a dud. Cannot reccomend enough.
