Credit to the new leadership and current staff for significantly improving the school in 2025. We’ve always liked Ladybird, but there was a noticeable decline at the start of the year. Our experience with Ladybird Academy has had its ups and downs. At one point, my husband and I seriously considered pulling our children out due to the noticeable turnover in teachers and changes in management. Ms. Swetha is an absolute gem! She’s always smiling, welcoming, and full of positive energy. My daughter adores her and constantly talks about how Ms. Swetha helps her throughout the day. As a new employee working at lady bird. I truly love the hard work and dedication put in by all the teachers and our new directors, it is very encouraging to work alongside all of them.
