As a mom of three, with my two oldest already in school, I was so nervous about sending my baby to daycare. From the beginning, the staff at Ladybird Academy Rock Springs was so friendly and welcoming, and the school is always clean and well kept. One of my favorite things is the app. I love getting updates and pictures throughout the day, and having camera access gives me so much peace of mind. As a first-time mom, choosing a school for my 3-year-old son was such a big decision for me. He has always been home with me and my husband, so I was extremely nervous about leaving him for the first time. I feel that management abuses its authority by pressuring and bullying parents to pay early, without considering that everyone does not get paid until Wednesday or Thursday. Parents have different pay schedules, and they should be treated with understanding and respect rather than feeling pressured to make payments before they are able to. The overall impression is that management is more focused on money than on providing a welcoming and supportive environment for families. They are all about the money, and it’s honestly very sad. You can’t even be $5 late with your payment without them refusing to let your child attend. The owner is horrible . The one positive thing I can say is that my daughter absolutely loves her teacher, Kairah, and Kairah truly loves and cares for my daughter. I’m very grateful for the bond they have.
