I've spent many years in childcare, and I'm extremely picky when in comes to who I leave my children with. It saddens me to see that an individual who was let go because they were not showing up to work, and while there was heard being mean to the children, would say such things about this amazing school. I’m extremely disappointed with this daycare, particularly the management and the director’s lack of professionalism. I informed them that my daughter came home smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, which appeared to be covered up with excessive perfume. This alone is unacceptable in a childcare setting. What made the situation worse was the response from management. I want to make parents aware of what they don’t see and hear at this school. The director advised staff to tell children to hit each other back instead of resolving issues appropriately. Specific children get away with physically abusing other children and staff with no behavior management program in place. People who do not work on campus are allowed to sit up front and have full access to kids and school during school hours just to “hang out”. I am very pleased that we enrolled our child at Ladybird Academy! The director Heather Ms Briana is wonderful! Amtul is very caring! Wendy helped our child adjust to being in daycare. Very patient staff. And the the African lady she is nice And the the place is so clean and fresh keep it up
