EDIT: After the change of director, we immediately saw a decline in the service that was being provided at Ladybird. My son was bit by another student and we were notified the same day. It happened again the next day and Brenda, the current director, stated to staff members that she did not want to call me. The bite broke skin and you could immediately see it on his arm. We couldn't be happier with our son's daycare experience! After only a few months at this wonderful facility, we've seen incredible progress in his speech, numbers, colors, and shapes. The dedication and care from all the teachers have made a huge difference in his development. He started here in diapers and very quickly was fully potty trained, thanks to the supportive environment they've created. Highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a nurturing and educational place for their child!

A couple weeks ago a friend told me about this daycare so I thought I’d check it out. I was immediately impressed by how clean every room was, I had checked other facilities that did not feel sanitary to say the least. The staff here was very kind from the front desk ladies that greeted us warmly while answering all the important questions we had concerning our children’s safety and learning. Honestly I’m looking forward to see my babies growth here with good guidance. I would 10/10 recommend you to check it out!

I had an issue with one of the staff members being aggressive with the children, but the situation was handled quickly without tension. The caretakers in the 2-3 y/o classroom were incredible with my child. They would do my daughter's hair everyday and their kindness was genuine. Miss Kelci is an absolute star. You could see the joy in my daughter whenever she saw Miss Kelci. I appreciated the access to live cameras and after the first couple of weeks I stopped watching them because I knew my daughter was safe and cared for.
