Great place where kids are nurtured and taken care. My twin daughters first preschool. Ms Brittani, Ms Loirie and Ms Briana made them Very comfortable and helped them during transition. Active communication , daily activities and care are positive points.
About 1 months ago, a new director has come replacing the previous one. She cares about the staff and kids and is turning it around. It is exciting!
We left and so did many other families after the new director Brenda started. Surprised this daycare is still open.
EDIT: Ever since the new director took over, it has declined. The girls who work there are great and do their best, but Ms.Brenda had no idea what was going on. She would NEVER look up from her phone when anyone walked in. You could literally walk in with a weapon and as long as you knew a code you could go back and she would have no idea. She never knew anything about incidents that happened. EDIT: After the change of director, we immediately saw a decline in the service that was being provided at Ladybird. My son was bit by another student and we were notified the same day. It happened again the next day and Brenda, the current director, stated to staff members that she did not want to call me. The bite broke skin and you could immediately see it on his arm.
