I am very disappointed with our experience. My child was being bullied by classmates, he was holding his tears and despite my concerns, the teacher did not take appropriate action or show empathy for what he was going through. Some of the staff are very kind and genuinely caring, but there are a couple of teachers whose behavior has raised concerns for me. In particular, I’ve had concerns about Laura, who I believe is the lead teacher in the two-year-old classroom. On multiple occasions, I witnessed her yelling very loudly at the children, which I found inappropriate for that age group and surprising that it has not been addressed.
