Clean and great staff
Have recently visited a resident in respite care in dementia ward about 3 times a week for about 3 weeks morning tea was 2 dry biscuits with cordial I don’t see the nutrition in that lots of agency staff ( they didn’t know residents or their needs) Full time staff( Billie is awesome ) Otherwise very run down And no aircon when you walk into reception or up the hallway into the dementia ward These people need continuity of care They deserve much more than this
