I went at 11:00am and the store was closed. It was finally opened around noon when I returned. The only lady was talking to another customer and never acknowledged or welcomed us.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My mom and I came in to try on my wedding dress, which should have been a special and exciting moment, but it was completely ruined by Arlett’s behavior. From the moment we arrived, she was rude, dismissive, and had a negative attitude. She rolled her eyes multiple times while speaking with us and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Horrible experience for my daughter's special day. Cut first dress 4 inches to short, after I asked repeatedly, are you sure we're your pinning it is right cuz it looks to short. . She said yes that's how we do it. Nope to short when came back for it so they ordered a second dress. Supposed to be same size but didn't fit the same. Said I wasn't going to be charged for alterations because of the mess up with the first dress.
