We originally visited the Gresham location, where we spent about 20–30 minutes in the store without being greeted or assisted. However, as soon as we arrived here, Arlett and Leni welcomed us right away and provided excellent service! Thank you both for helping my mom find the perfect dress and for making the experience so pleasant.
I took my niece there today to look at dresses, she found 3 she loved and asked the lady if she could try them on ( we didn't have an appointment) the lady was very nice and professional even though she had other people in the store. She worked on helping the others and in between was helping my niece with her dress. The other customers were very rude and demanding, the lady kept perfect composure and professionalism ( i wanted to say something to the other people but didn't). So 3 days ago I came in to try on wedding dresses. I was then told I have to make an appointment. Ok Then was told I have to pay $25 to reserve the time for the lady to help with the dresses. So I paid. I came in to the appointment to them not open. Had to call, then was totally ignored by the lady because she decided to help the walk in instead. Very disappointed in her service, and really upset I paid to be ignored! VERY RUDE!
Hi I went in there last week and got the most nastiest stares from a woman I think might of been a worker or a customer but still no matter where I went I got a horrid look and it made me so uncomfortable that I honestly didn't get to purchase the dress I wanted so badly because of this random woman making me feel uncomfortable. Pretty sure she was apart of the staff there but I just had to let other people know.
