I went at 11:00am and the store was closed. It was finally opened around noon when I returned. The only lady was talking to another customer and never acknowledged or welcomed us.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My mom and I came in to try on my wedding dress, which should have been a special and exciting moment, but it was completely ruined by Arlett’s behavior. Horrible experience for my daughter's special day. Cut first dress 4 inches to short, after I asked repeatedly, are you sure we're your pinning it is right cuz it looks to short. . She said yes that's how we do it. Nope to short when came back for it so they ordered a second dress. Supposed to be same size but didn't fit the same. Said I wasn't going to be charged for alterations because of the mess up with the first dress.
