So far dealing with Lady Liberty with our move for tomorrow that was booked months ago with a deposit. Have heard nothing of our move after leaving messages and emails in what time they are coming. The website state’s customer service 24/7 but that is false since have not heard back at all. Was informed by someone when finally someone picked up and was told would call. An have not so far. First I looked online and found their website and requested a quote. The rep called me back in about 15 minutes and asked for my reference number so he could provide me with some more information. I provided all the necessary details, inventory, address, move in date and so on, then I got a more accurate quote for my move. The price was very affordable & reasonable.
