My family placed my grandmother in Lady Elizabeth Rest Home, and it all started very well. When we first visited and met Alicia, the manager, I got an uncaring impression from her, but she said all the right things. The nurses seemed nice, and the facility felt clean and homely compared to others we had visited. We put my nana in for a two-week trial, and everything was great.
