What a wonderful staff! So helpful in finding me just the right fit and style. You can’t beet being able to go into a physical storefront to touch and feel.
This company carries excellent quality purses. The purse I ordered is exactly what was described and what I wanted. It is nice and compact. The quality of the leather is excellent. You can tell the company takes pride in their product because the care they take in packaging it. Every metal piece was wrapped and protected. The purse was wrapped and in a nice material protective bag. Those details did not go unnoticed. I have ordered from this company in the past and I will again in the future.
I’ve been so impressed with their customer service! Anytime I’ve had an issue with my bag, they’ve been right there to help and make it right. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers, and they consistently go above and beyond. Plus the bags are so cute highly recommend!
