Highly recommend using Lady Bird for an easy trip from Houston to the port of Galveston! Susan, the owner, was our driver and was awesome. She was quick to respond to email/text, provided details that we needed and was fairly priced. Her large SUV was clean and fit our big family of 7 perfectly, even with our 7 carry-on sized suitcases. Susan was early for both of our pickup times, to and from the Port, and was super friendly!
The first driver was great, admitted he didn't know how to install with the latches, but brought the proper car seat for my son's height and weight...with the latches. The owner, apparently, picked us up. She had a clearly used car seat (yet claimed it was new) that was only buckled through the seat belt and had no tether. She said it didn't need latches, but car seats are generally required to have them. She assured us it didn't need it, and was dismissive of my concerns. Unethical bad moral business owner. DO NOT USE SERVICE.
Susan is pleasantly friendly and prompt upon picking us up! Replies back in a timely manner when emailing about price quote, confirmation of pick up and changes with flight arrivals. It was nice that she conversed with us throughout the duration of our ride and showing us as we pass by some scenic tourist spots! I will definitely use them again in the near future!
