I've got a big back surgery coming up and hobbled into the Ladlow's outlet this morning. Barb, the salesperson could not have been nicer and she helped me find the absolute most comfortable chair, but the store didn't have it in the color I liked and because of Covid deliveries were months out, and I need the chair within the next couple weeks.
