    Buyer Beware! They give excellent customer service when you are going to buy. After you have made your purchase and need customer service, it's a whole new BAD experience. Their customer relations manager, Michael S. is like a JEYKLL and HYDE. Just because you are paying big dollars for your product it doesn't mean it's a quality product and excellent service. Michael is ruining Ladlow's reputation, he should not be a customer relations manager.

    Fabulous designs... But be prepared to pay for them! Very pricey, but oh so glamorous!

    Poor after sale and rude management Furniture had scratch marks on it, when I complained they implied that I damaged the coffee table and refused to replace it with new one. They offered to repair it but I just didn't want a damaged piece of furniture when I paid for a new one. Management was very rude, they had no interest in correcting the situation to my satisfaction.

    Ladlow's Fine Furniture is friendly but pricey This place is not cheap. that's the first thing. The nice thing is it's not a high pressure sales group in there. The people are helpful but they will let you shop on your own, which is much appreciated. Not much modern stuff.

    Good quality furniture Ladlows has some really nice fine furnishings. Beautiful living room and dining room sets. The quality is very good and the pricing does reflect that.

    Nice Store This is a very upscale store with beautiful furniture. The store is huge and well laid out. The quality is very good and the prices are high. They treat you very well and greet you at the door. This is not for anyone watching their budget but the furnishings are beautiful and they do have in house designers that will help you with everything. I have always been happy with our purchases and delivery.
