Really outstanding massage and helped lots with various aches and pains, especially my plantar fascia. I was so relaxed from start to finish it really stood out as high quality.
Today was the first time I had ever had reflexology. Lisa was absolutely lovely, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The room is calm, warm, soft music plays and it smells beautiful. Perfect ambience. I had a lovely massage and loved the reflexology. I felt so relaxed and alot better afterwards. I would definitely recommend Lisa and will book again. Am glad I found out about Healed Roots.

Fantastic experience at Healed Roots. Lisa was kind and professional. This was my first experience of reflexology so was unsure what to expect however I was made to feel very at ease and will certainly be returning. I also had a massage that whilst being relaxing also felt very therapeutic and healing. Would highly reccomend treatments here 😊
