My family member had been staying here for over 2 weeks, this is his residence, his belongings are there and from what I was told when the hospital sent him back the staff blocked the entrance, please anyone out there that might have family or loved ones here, please check on them
DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Immediately upon entering this facility we tried to discharge my grandmother within 10 minutes. The facility had the strongest stench of feces and urine. She was in a shared room that shared a bathroom with 4 patients. In the 4 days we were there, it was never cleaned. Everyone is fed the exact same food despite whatever dietary restrictions they may have, and it was disgusting. She fell in the middle of the night and we were never informed.
