This facility goes above and beyond for both residents and staff. As a traveling nurse I am struggle with their charts, expexdid shift assignments. And most of all time management. Instead of sending my way they have set up training. For travelers facilities expect us to walk in and perform. Not this one. They believe in their staff and wants to educate them. I had a relative stay at the Ladera facility. The medical staff were amiable and professional, but my family had an issue with the business operations manager. When my relative's insurance stopped covering the cost of his/her stay and he/she had to pay out-of-pocket, the business operations manager used high pressure tactics to try to demand details about my relative's personal finances from my family. The staff were very helpful even though it s was busy when I was there and they have been very easy to talk to and gave me the most up-to-date info on my family member.

The staff was sweet and kind. They were on time with my meds and therapy helped me walk around to gain my strength. The CNA down the north back hall always responded quick with assistance. the therapy dept is very knowledgeable and always found a way to work around my pain their personalities helped motivate my progress.
