Very clean place that is welcoming.
My son's nurse and staff have been very welcoming and friendly.
This my second stay at a Genesis facility, Ladera Center was a more positive experience. Most of the staff (95%) are very friendly and helpful. Daily routine is regimented and you are free to participate or not in activities. Some of the food choices have a lot to be desired. Breakfast arrives cold and tasteless most days, they need more variety! Overall experience positive and I would recommend!
