He started out being very helpful and when my case became more complicated than we expected he became impatient and verbally volatile. I do not feel that he had our best interest at heart and instead of indicating that he required more money (as we had agreed at the beginning of a flat fee) he pretty much put our case on the back burner. We have decided to go with an attorney who is proactive, will listen to us, work with us and speak with us in a professional manner instead of shouting over the phone.
