I went to my first appointment only to find that nobody was there. The office was dark and empty … so I left. When speaking to the woman she acted as if I was wrong for not waiting longer. In a professional setting, I shouldn’t have to wait. I still rescheduled my appointment. My husband and I went & spent some time there explaining what we needed.
