I used to love this deep tissue massage cream with emu oil. Unfortunately my order was late and doesn’t have the same affect it used to. I called several times to inquire with no response. Will not be ordering again. It’s not the same nice older man running it. Whoever took over is running it into the ground.
Did they close their business? I placed an order on 11/10/2025 and have not had any response. Left a voicemail message on their business number. They have not responded to my email. They have not responded to my Messenger on FaceBook. It's extremely disappointing that I had to place a review, instead of them contacting me in a timely manner. I do love their product. It's the best and would like to continue purchasing their product.
