I came in today with my cousin to buy two polo shirts for his father. The shorter lady was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, even though she was very busy. Unfortunately, the taller Filipino lady did not seem interested in helping customers at all. The worst part was her attitude. She came across as very full of herself and gave me the impression that I should just leave the store. Was visiting the store this evening and the person who helped me out in there, I believe his name was Adrian was extremely helpful. He was very nice & grabbed a bunch of shoes for me and my friends and his cooperation definitely made my purchase decision easy.
I just want to give Chris (Store Manager) and Eureka (Assistant Store Manager) a very appreciative shout out!! There was a men's sweater that was sold out online in the size I was looking for. I called this location to see if they would have it in-stock. Chris picked up the phone, confirmed he could bring it in but I said I was calling from Barrie.
