The tall Filipina lady was extremely rude and unprofessional, similar to what I’ve seen in other customer reviews. Be very careful when signing up for promotions. Clarify the return and refund policy before making your purchase. They may not clearly explain that promotional purchases are exchange-only. Once you’ve paid, they will not refund you, even if you return the item within the allowed return period. Very disappointing customer service at this specific location. I picked out a pair of shoes and waited while two salespeople stood chatting and completely ignored me. I eventually had to find someone else to help me. After trying on a pair, I asked if a smaller size was available but wanted to keep the pair I had while waiting. Instead, they sold that exact pair to another customer right in front of me without saying a word and asking me if I wanted to buy the shoes or not.
