Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to return a pair of shoes that I bought just one day earlier and never wore. The staff claimed there was a yellow stain, even though the shoes were completely clean and the soles had never been used. I even pointed out that the exact same shoes on display had the same yellow mark, but they refused to listen. The staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will never shop here again and would not recommend this store to anyone.
