Really great sales, I like a lot of the summer colours and designs. The staff member with curly hair, glasses and beard was super friendly and really knew his stuff. Very helpful without being pushy.
The staff will lie to your face with a smile. After I completed my purchase the sales associate volunteered the information that I can return/exchange the shoes within 30 days only to find when I got home that he stamped “Final Sale” on the receipt. When I was asking about their shoes he pointed me to the wrong section and when I was trying on the shoes he only removed some of the paper stuffing. I love the Lacoste brand but will definitely not be returning to this specific store due to the poor customer service
