I’m disappointed with the service at the Lacoste store. My husband and I asked an employee named Melanie for help finding a polo shirt that was displayed on a mannequin. She told us it was the last piece without checking, while she continued folding clothes. However, as we kept looking, we found multiple pieces of the same shirt in different sizes ourselves. It was frustrating because it felt like no effort was made to assist us. Customer service should involve actually helping customers, not dismissing them.
