Excelente
I tried to return something same day because I changed my mind. They could only issue store credit that can only be used in their store. Same clothes were cheaper at lacoste.com. Very disappointed. Then I was sent an email to rate my experience. It wouldn't submit the review.
If you want to return your item they only do store credit to you. They do not give your money back at all.
