Dionne should not be working in a customer facing position. During an exchange, I was owed $4 back in store credit, and she told me it wasn’t “worth the effort” to process it.. I guess she assumed we wouldn't notice? She tried to give back the incorrect amount we corrected her, she argued and we told her the amount owed is on the receipt and she became incredibly disrespectful to my boyfriend who is autistic and didn't understand why she was refusing to pay us what we were owed. This Lacoste store is a horrible store of all time. I was in the store today and I met the lady named Karen and the manager named Kim. They both very rude and very horrible cheap customer service. They shouldn’t be working here. I am planning to buy more stuff to spend more money but because of this attitude of these two old people I could but only one shirt for $51 do not come to this store. I recommend do not come to the store.
