Worst return policy. Be aware if you buy something you cant recover your money, you can only get a store credit(that you cant even use online) or exchange. They should be clear and signs in the store with this disclaimer. I tried to return a purchase 4 days after, with receipt and tags and couldn't, I would not buy this brand again.
Dionne should not be working in a customer facing position. During an exchange, I was owed $4 back in store credit, and she told me it wasn’t “worth the effort” to process it.. I guess she assumed we wouldn't notice? She tried to give back the incorrect amount we corrected her, she argued and we told her the amount owed is on the receipt and she became incredibly disrespectful to my boyfriend who is autistic and didn't understand why she was refusing to pay us what we were owed.
