I'm local to the area and I duck into Arundel Mills a lot, so I know which outlet stores are actually worth it.  is on the main concourse at Arundel Mills (up near the center court, not far from Nike and Coach). It's a proper Lacoste outlet, not a pop-up. I went in expecting the usual outlet "30% off full retail" game, but polos were $49-$59, tees around $39, and the winter jackets were marked down to $99-129. Great customer service Carlos and Olot Were very helpful. Very friendly highly recommend this store they are always open to help with customer needs. This is not my first time coming to the store and they are always so welcoming.!!!

I walked into Lacoste yesterday around 2:30 pm. I passed 2 female employees who saw me coming in. Neither greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I browsed a bit then decided to leave. As I was leaving from the back of the store another female employee passed me and said nothing to me but at least she was helping someone else so I understand. The customer service in the store was non existent towards me. Why!
Visited today and wasn’t greeted—three sales associates sat at the counter chatting while I browsed. No one offered help; I dug through the racks of so many XXL’s to find my sizes. Then, in the fitting room, they have a sign asking customers to re-rack the clothes they try on, I guess because the three staff have too much to do. As I re-racked my clothes, the sales associate who opened the room for me did not ask how the pieces fit so I promptly left the store purchasing nothing.
