We had a disappointing experience with the cashier, Antonia. She was rude while struggling to enter our email and left mid-transaction to the back room, asking another employee to finish helping us. It felt like she didn’t want to assist us because of an English language barrier with my mom, even though I was there to help translate. As per website the store hours states the store is open till 7:00. Pm on Sundays but the employee closed the store at 4:00. Unprofessional act.
FYI: this store doesn't offer refunds for unused returns with tags within 30 days - they will only issue store credit. I wish I had known that before purchasing something there. A very scummy company that I will no longer support.
