When you need to get your fit right
Mohanad gave me a great welcoming experience. Helped me find everything needed and made sure my shirt was ready wear and wrinkle free
Returned an Item in store, wrong size. It was quick and convenient. The employee Lexie was very helpful. We did some light browsing store is on the smaller size but still had a good selection. We will be back.
Lexi and the other manager(who wouldn’t give me her name) were extremely rude. I made a special trip to the store to make a return. I had my credit card, order number and copy of the order. She refused to process my return because customer service didn’t answer and I checked out as guest. I now have to make an additional trip to fedex to pack up and return my items. I will no longer be ordering from Lacoste due to this.
