Service sucks- needed to exchange a shirt, store Manager, so caĺed was standing in the center of the store and was shouting. He was interrupting each minute and said no to all of our requests. Will never go again to this store. No courtesy and customer care. Manager needs coaching and training on customer service. Total disappointment.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Lacoste outlet in Vaughan Mills, specifically regarding the customer service from the store’s management. When I asked for assistance with refund, the manager came across as dismissive and uninterested, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
