I had a disappointing experience at Lacoste. I returned within 30 minutes, but was told they don’t offer refunds—only exchanges. This policy was not clearly explained at the time of purchase, which was frustrating. When I asked for customer service contact, the assistant manager said “we don’t carry that” and told me to search on Google, which felt unhelpful. Better communication and customer service would make a big difference

Service sucks- needed to exchange a shirt, store Manager, so caĺed was standing in the center of the store and was shouting. He was interrupting each minute and said no to all of our requests. Will never go again to this store. No courtesy and customer care. Manager needs coaching and training on customer service. Total disappointment.
