Quinn Jackson, the store manager, provided excellent customer service. We needed to exchange a gift for a different size, but it was not available. Quinn went the extra mile to accommodate our needs and made the experience very pleasant. We truly appreciate his help!

Very disappointing experience at the Glendale Galleria Lacoste store. I initially asked for a size, but the associate responded by telling me the price. I pointed out that the item’s clearance tag clearly showed a discounted price. Instead of helping, he said that the discount wasn’t showing in their system and that I would need to wait for a manager.
