The staff are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, and they always have the rope barriers up. They wouldn't let people in even though closing time was still a while away. I honestly don't know if this brand even wants to make money anymore. I really hope the parent company sees this and cleans up the atmosphere here.

Harassment. That’s the only way to describe what I experienced. Ebtered. Was engaged in usual small talk. Found what I liked. What I was looking for. In my size. Half off. Very exciting. Suddenly as I go to pay am bombarded with many, many confusing and debilitating questions. All I wanted to do was pay for my item. I left. No purchase. No dale. No indication of what happened. The staff was not friendly at all. Bad customer experience. I came here to get an exchange for my Shoue, but the way they responded was very unprofessional. They could have handled my complaint better and could have resolved the issue better.

I would agree with some of the reviews below. My experience with the sales associates was not very positive, as the service felt a bit cold and unhelpful. That said, it is an outlet location, and it may not reflect the brand’s usual retail experience.
