The staff was not friendly at all. Bad customer experience. I came here to get an exchange for my Shoue, but the way they responded was very unprofessional. They could have handled my complaint better and could have resolved the issue better.

I would agree with some of the reviews below. My experience with the sales associates was not very positive, as the service felt a bit cold and unhelpful. That said, it is an outlet location, and it may not reflect the brand’s usual retail experience.
Today, March 22, 2026, between 1:10 pm and 1:40 pm, I visited this store as a customer. I want to say that the cashier and the person at the entrance were very kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the experience with the rest of the staff was uncomfortable. There was a tall, slim man wearing a striped or plaid shirt (not exactly sure), and a woman dressed completely in black. Their attitude was not good.
