I would agree with some of the reviews below. My experience with the sales associates was not very positive, as the service felt a bit cold and unhelpful. That said, it is an outlet location, and it may not reflect the brand’s usual retail experience.
Today, March 22, 2026, between 1:10 pm and 1:40 pm, I visited this store as a customer. I want to say that the cashier and the person at the entrance were very kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the experience with the rest of the staff was uncomfortable. There was a tall, slim man wearing a striped or plaid shirt (not exactly sure), and a woman dressed completely in black. Their attitude was not good. Agreed with the reviews below. The sales associates here are rude and unhelpful. But also understandable since this is an outlet and I imagine they don’t want to be working there either.
Amazing store and we had an exchange with a gift receipt but I lost the gift receipt in the mall. Ryan was super helpful and he was able to find us the original receipt based on our last purchase and I was able to exchange it. Big thanks to Ryan!
