I tried to return an item I bought on line they would only give me a gift card to get a refund I have to mail it in. They have had my return for over a week and they still have not processed it they say they have 2 weeks to do a refund very poor service! I expected much better from a high end clothing company I have owned their clothing for decades since a child!

I gave this location another opportunity while shopping for specific items, but unfortunately the experience was unchanged. The staff showed little to no interest in guest engagement or customer service. Despite the store’s small size, there was no acknowledgment or offer of assistance. Basic sales practices… such as asking if a customer needs help finding a size or style were noticeably absent. Overall, save yourself from going to this location. Absolute worst experience. This Saturday I was looking to exchange a pair of pants, Since the sizing was incorrect. I found pants in my correct size and was going to do an exchange, but an exchange couldn’t be done the same day due to Boxing Day sales, fair enough, So the employee whose name I don’t know, Placed the hold for me, With the pants that I physically held, And I gave him my name and phone number which he wrote down.
